FIT has multiple meanings.  FITness can be physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  And where you FIT into the world is crucial in becoming who we are meant to be and living out the fullest potential of our lives.  My journey has crystallized how important Motivation, Movement, Mindfulness, Meals and Momentum are to achieving our best self. 

FIND YOUR FIT kicks off February 28 and runs 5 weeks with a closing session on April 4th. 

Cost & What’s Included:

  • FIND YOUR FIT PROGRAM Early Bird Special $450 until 2/21; $600 beginning 2/22

  • One hour weekly group Zoom sessions (6)

  • Weekly assignments

  • 15-30 minute weekly group Zoom check-in (5)

  • Weekly private group workout led by Liz - Live or Recorded Session (5)

  • Daily emails/videos reinforcing weekly themes

  • OPTIONAL ADD ON: One hour private coaching session with Liz $150

This small group program relies on everyone participating willing to be open, honest, vulnerable and willing to clearly look at themselves in the mirror!  There is ZERO judgement from anyone participating.  We will help lift each other up with the ultimate outcome of getting further along the path towards the best version of your life!
