The secret to having the life you want is comprised of small decisions, habits and behaviors that allow you to show up as the best version of yourself, in the best vessel and increasing the capacity for what you are able to take on. This 6 part course incorporates the foundational aspects of wellness that allow you to determine and implement the best plan for you.

FIND YOUR FIT kicks off February 2 and runs 6 weeks.  The format consists of weekly 1.5 hour group Zoom sessions on Sunday afternoons.  After each weekly session, you will receive your assignment for the week.  You will receive emails and videos throughout the week to reinforce the themes and assignments throughout the week. We will then have a 30 minute group Zoom every Wednesday morning as a quick check in.  Once the group is formed, we will decide on a time to host a team workout each week. Each week will be focused on the themes accordingly.

  • Week 2 Movement (2/9-2/15)

  • Week 3 Mindfulness (2/16-2/22)

  • Week 4 Meals (2/23-3/1)

  • Week 5 Mobility (3/2-3/8)

  • Week 6 Momentum (3/9-3/15)

This small group program relies on everyone participating willing to be open, honest, vulnerable and willing to clearly look at themselves in the mirror!  There is ZERO judgement from anyone participating.  We will help lift each other up with the ultimate outcome of getting further along the path of the best version of your life!
