FIND YOUR FIT RETREAT

CHIANG MAI, THAILAND

NOV 26-DEC 1, 2024

Have you been dreaming of traveling to Thailand? cue find your fit the thailand retreat. you’ll be Hosted by liz van voorhis, founder of FIT COLLECTIVE and thailand-obsessed Traveler. Part wellness experience, part cultural immersion and part personal development course, we’ll spend 5 days/5 nights getting better in touch with ourselves and our retreat group. With only 8 spots, you’ll get to know your cohort well as we share life-altering experiences (and of course a lot of massages)!

Chiang Mai, a town in Northern Thailand surrounded by mountain views, is the destination I keep coming back to. With cool nights, an artsy vibe, hip coffee culture and vibrant night markets, it’s one of my favorite places in Thailand.

THE BACK STORY

In 2017 shortly after launching my company FIT COLLECTIVE, I won my first retainer client and immediately hopped on a plane for a previously scheduled trip to Bali and Thailand. I was heading to Bali for my friend’s birthday and decided if I was going to fly around the world, I wanted to get the most out of the long plane ride. It was terrible timing because I had just secured my first client for my brand new business! But I soon realized how powerful this type of trip is in inspiring you, opening your eyes to new ways of living and developing a deeper relationship with yourself. I came home with all of my senses lit up, gratitude for everything I have and everything I’d seen and a burning desire to live bigger. I’ve now ventured to my favorite place on Earth four times as a solo traveler.  Having explored fourteen destinations within the country, I’m so excited to now bring other people along with me to see it for themselves. I’m also thrilled to have Rosie Jermakian of Radiance Retreats joining to provide mindfulness experiences throughout the retreat.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Having spent 25 years as a professional leader and the same amount of time taking my students through fitness journeys, I’m thrilled to be bringing this high level of personal and self-development to these retreats. Perhaps like me, life has presented a series of questions to you about what is next, how do you move into the chapter calling you and what do you want life to look like? Well then my dear, this is exactly the place for you.

This adventure is for open-minded, curious, growth-focused individuals who are looking to continuously push themselves to the next level. We will slow down to speed up. We will look inside to then look outside. And we will eat a lot of mango sticky rice in the process. This will be a vibe, so the trip is not for people who wake up grouchy, can’t get along well in a group, have super sensitive digestion or aren’t into becoming the best version of themselves.
